It was only about a $20 order so not worth taking a chance of losing my paypal account over it.
Especially since the dispute probably wouldn't have been resolved in your favor, since it had to do with vaping materials.

It looks like Flavorah release at Bull city flavors is on a smaller level. Went to look and seen out of stock already on one flavor I was considering. I might as well wait a few months. Nothing is that serious anymore to stalk for a flavoring. Maybe I'll wait till the novelty wears off.

My FT order was placed on March 6th, shipped on the 11th. And then nada--it's been "Processed Through Facility China, Guangzhou" 4 times and then died.

In my experience, those EST dates are totally made up. It's not unusual to wait a month or longer for an item that's supposed to be ready to ship in 2-3-8 days...

It's a mess. It's not illegal yet, but the PACT is in effect, which means you have to pay taxes and the business has to ship according to new rules--adult signature and all that. Claiming ignorance won't help you if you don't pay your taxes and get caught.
I just randomly checked tracking on my Lost Vape Thelema... It's at the local post office and supposed to be delivered tomorrow!
You can still use USPS. They have not posted the cutoff date yet. It's the PACT act that went into effect on the 27th and is screwing everyone up.
I have two packages from HC that are sitting in Los Angeles (not to mention the MIA package from FT). One cleared customs, the other one didn't. But they were placed before the PACT Act went into effect, so legally I'm OK. I don't know what happens if I order now. though. That's my dilemma.
We have no sales tax here but there is an excise tax on cigarettes/tobacco. Last year they added e-cigarettes in . The wording is interesting as they make it sound like the tax only applies to liquid.
It does seem ridiculous doesn’t it? You’d think everyone should be focused on other more important things. Like Covid, cure for cancer, getting people back to work, equality...ya know, the important issues. I think I’m gonna order for the hell of it.
If they want to storm in a middle aged woman’s house for a few dollars in tax money then have at it. Just ridiculous. I’m hoping the rules don’t stay this way.
