I dread going back to work. Only two of us took the vaccine. My secretary said this morning she will never take it and proceeded to tell me how a Target employee refused to help her until she put a mask on. So she’s one of THOSE people. Sigh. So selfish!

But yet she’s an ex alcoholic drug user, and craves attention and gets all sorts of medical procedures done to get pills and attention, and is having an eyebrow lift done tomorrow without even knowing the details of what happens, and lives off those canned coffee drinks and candy with lots of health issues like blood clots and stents. But ohhh noooo no vaccine for her!

Just venting. I think I’m double masking at work and will drown myself in Lysol and hand sanitizer.

I am vaping the simple pudding/mango mix I made about two weeks ago. It's based off @hittman's Pom Pudding mix. 4% VT Pudding Base and 3% WF Island Mango.

I've done very little with mango. I think I have two of them but don't remember which ones. Is the mango good with the pudding? I'm still using bumbleberry with the pudding.

I don't envy you. Some people at my work have gotten the vaccine like I have and some have no intention of getting it. The advantage that I have is that I work by myself most of the day and have limited interaction with customers in person.

    Like it ?
It's an interesting combination of flavors. I can't tell if I like it quite yet. I'll have a better idea after vaping it for a day or so. It is definitely not bad.

I think if I had it to do over again, I would use the VT Pudding at 3%, which is what I did for the Pom Pudding. At 4% pudding, it kind of overshadows the mango a bit.

I thought I recall you mentioning having purchased the WF Island Mango at one point. You might want to try the combo. I look forward to trying a mango ice cream when I buy the SSA flavors.

Did you use the Island Mango?

I don't have the island mango. I have FLV, SC, and Cap sweet mango.

I hole up in my office with the door shut most days since I don't care for some of my coworkers and I'm loaded down with work anyway. I will be double masked when I leave my office. Masks are still required at my work unless you are in your office with the door shut which is what I intend to do. I've already told them since they are not vaccinated and I care about my parents and family and community, I will not be getting around them unless I have to.

Maybe I just assumed you did because you bought a bunch of the WF flavors. If you like any of those other mangoes, I would say give Mango Pudding a shot. I've only vaped about 2ml of it, but it's growing on me.

I have been doing low carb for 3 years. It is hard watching the labels. I couldn't do keto because I do eat sausage which is processed. Other than that 90% of the food we eat (me and partner) is home cooked and whole foods. I have a gigantic garden every year. I'm still eating green beans ,spaghetti squash and tomato's from the garden. I buy lettuce during winter but I don't buy bagged. It has to be whole heads(not iceberg because I hate it).

P.S. I haven't been in a restaurant since 2008. No fast food either. My GI/liver doctor advised against it because of catching hepatitis. I already have the autoimmune type so can't trust folks not to spread their diseases. This was post covid. I've always been picky on what I eat.. except carb day. Then it's feed bag time. Anything goes.

I've thought recently about cutting back on carbs. I'm not getting any skinnier. Our family tends to eat a lot of carbs/bread. I'm not really sure why. It's not like we do it on purpose. I guess we just don't think about it but I have been lately. I only eat cereal on the weekends and last night my wife pointed out to me how many calories are in the cereal I like. I usually do raisin bran or frosted shredded wheat. I'm not sure why but I can't eat cheerios or any kind of oat cereal since it gives me a stomach ache.

Husband does my low carb by default. Sometimes, I add rice or noodles to his meals.

Oatmeal is a great choice for a breakfast food. They do make instant. Throw some berries in it and wow! :)

I do a smoothie before work during the week. I use raw almonds, banana, pear, frozen mixed berries, spinach, and quick oats which is surprising to me since I can't eat cereal with oat bran. I could definitely do better eating less carbs.
