Does this look reasonable for a creme brulee tart? Reasoning... custard prem for its rich egginess, brown sugar cookie for both a crust and to add to the crunch topping. Waffle for the same reason. Caramel + butterscotch to round out, honeycomb for the sugar crunch. I won’t mix till I have some critiques so adjustments can be made. View attachment 938247
The orange tart recipe I have been using has inw custard and cnv spongecake in it. I really haven't tried many other tart recipes.
Does Ry4 need a long steep?
I like to give it a week or two normally.
