Mango?
Guava is good too.I actually replied incorrectly. I meant guava which I mistakenly thought was being discussed.
You were right. I used SSA guava in my recipe.I actually replied incorrectly. I meant guava which I mistakenly thought was being discussed.
It's a good one. I've only had a chance to do a SFT test, but I really liked it.The ssa smells amazing. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet.
That ones too many flavors for me. The pastry sounds delish thoughI made one from E L R the only one listed there. I love those pastries. I am steeping it now. It had a hecka lot of flavoring and I omitted some and had to sub others. It does have the Crisp Waffle from SSA that you like
I've been watching this, three bird feeder streams (Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Germany), and two nesting stork streams--one black and one white pair--from Czechoslovakia. The Ohio stream has a lot of small animal action at night (skunks, raccoons, possums, rabbits) and the German one has a resident hedgehog, but neither holds a candle to this Danish stream. It looks like something out of a fairytale.I LOVE this! I watch the Live Stream of bald eagles out of Big Bear sometimes
In theory, that Portuguese egg tart @hittman mentioned would work perfectly here, don't you think?I've been looking for a specific recipe for using guava. I recall enjoying an excellent guava pastry when I was last in Miami. It's a Pastelitos de Guayaba which is a Cuban dessert. I found some recipes at foodie sites.
I mixed up a 10ml tester with guava, marscapone, vanilla and croissant.
The recipe calls for a little lime, one of the FA limes will work. Also has eggs, FA custard will work. I'm holding off on those for now as I want to see how the basic recipe turns out first. It might not need anything else. I'll know in about 3-4 weeks.
@hittman How long to steep the lemonade?
Sounds good. Ty.I only gave it a day before I started using it. Might be because of the super sweet but it seemed like it got a little sweeter with time.
That is a good possibility. And I had the same thought when I saw Hitt's post. One small problem, I don't have the egg tart, yet. I added it to my BCF cart earlier. In theory, that Portuguese egg tart @hittman mentioned would work perfectly here, don't you think?
It's a free streaming site. I have a really good antivirus program. If you still want the link send a pm.
Yup. Since the classic Neapolitan is a slice with a third each chocolate strawberry and vanilla, mix them all together and you get what? Yup, a muddle!Just avoid his Neapolitan ice cream... that ended up too muddled for me, even after a very long steep. It just didn't work... after that I decided to keep notes to one or two main notes.. lol
Was going to PM you for the link to the site, but you seem to have PM capability disabled.
