Am I the only person to have a successful back surgery? Mine was L4,5,S1. That turned out fine, it’s the rest of my body that’s falling to pieces . Medical mesh... gorilla tape for your insides

You are lucky! SE WI does have great surgeons for most surgeries. However, back surgery does present with complications here. I've seen hip replacement surgery go bad as well. Osteomyletis is rare but for some reason I see it too much in healthcare.However, numerous factors can subject a outcome in surgery.

All 3 of mine were sucessful But 2 of them were not technically back they were neck. The last one total neck fusion about 3 years ago was the most painful thing I have ever had the pain started in March and for various reasons they could not operate until late October. I accused the doctor of leaving a Viking Battle Axe between my sholder blades. It was June of the next year before the pain came down to a tolerable level.
Now it is the rest of me that parts keep rusting out on.

all this talk about coffee so thinking to mix some up

some coffee flavor and then mix it with condensed milk and sweet cream

siting here smelling the flavors
fa tiramisu smells nice like a good cappuccino with a shot of espresso
tfa coffee well smells like truck stop coffee, complete with that slight burnt smell
euro flavor white coffee smells like a french vanilla roast
pur cappuccino coffee smells weird, can't put my finger on it but not a coffee smell, more a sweet liquor
cap cappuccino v2 smells like when I was working in the gas stations refilling the cappuccino machines

given the smells I think I'll hold off on the condensed milk and sweet cream
think I'll try
fa tiramisu 5%
euro white coffee 4%
tfa coffee 1%

What percentage are you using Island Mango at? I didn't find it overly sweet, but I've generally stayed within the 2.5 to 3% range with it.

I think I just might try to make one where the peanutbutter is far the dominant taste with just a hint of banana ..........
Say 1.5 mls FA peanutbutter and .2 mls of FA banana in 30 mls base
Do you think it will work?

After my wife's failed fusions I took her to see Dr. Patrick McKenzie at Bellin up in Green Bay. Dr. McKenzie is one of the Green Bay Packers orthopedic doctors. He was trained by renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. After reviewing her records and a new MRI Dr. McKenzie would not attempt any further surgery on my wife. He recommended an ortho spine specialist in Chicago. Same story. My take from reading between the lines of what they did, and didn't, say... doctors don't like to go in and repair another doctors work.

I do but banana was never a flavor for me so I can’t help. Plus I don’t use FA PB.

I don't find Island Mango to be real sweet. It has some sweetness. I have only used it at 1-2%.

ETA: It is an excellent mango.

I got one of the coolfire mods set up with a zenith. I forgot how comfortable the coolfire is to hold.

I mixed samples of the three I got from m&p and did a 50ml ice cream base to steep. Darn it, I forgot to mix more mix mint. Back downstairs I go.
