Hi everyone. Can't really catch up to current on the thread but wanted to say hello. And here's a recipe I've been enjoying.

-Deep Sauce-
1.5% Aged Bourbon Cream WF
1% Biscuit INW
0.25% Dark Bean (Coffee Espresso) FA
8% Cookies & Cream FW
1.5% New York Cheesecake CAP
OMGosh, sounds so good. Like Tiramasu

I'll take Sausage & Bruat with potato salad, sauerkraut, beans, baby beets (maybe a whole plate), cucumber salad, plus a piece of homemade rye bread with Weibwurstsenf mustard . . . :drool: THANK YOU . . . :D

    I was thinking it was going to have some blue in it like the picture on the box but the panel is red and black. It’s not bad but not what I thought I was getting.
    I believe you take what you get with those.

    I wish I could cook with wine. I have a autoimmune disease that attacks my liver. I never really consumed adult beverages before. I have Stage two cirrhosis of the liver confirmed by 2 biopsies.
    Just about all the alcohol cooks off in a lot of preparations, but there's no point chancing it, I suppose.
