LOL. I meant if I would have been spanked for saying it. Spanked by a mod, not by you.
Maybe we should take this conversation off line. LOL.

Nope - No Need To Take Anywhere or Worry About 'Me" Spanking Anyone . . . I'm Done . . . YEP - Just be glad "classwife" didn't catch "You" saying it . . . Talk about being spanked . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I love BCF. Ordered Friday... got it today (and I'm in CA) All correct as usual :)
10 new flavors and I have exactly 100 ml of unflavored base ready (10 ml each) I really need to make more cheesecake and my tobacco mix but that will have to wait (want to do these and let them steep a few days to try this weekend)

Personally, I would replace the stove (more important than a microwave and you can always wash dishes by hand)
lol washing dishes by hand is a pita...especially when you got 2 kids who can't seem to reuse a glass
I mean I did it for about 2 years before I just said screw this and bought a counter top dishwasher that I can hook up to the sink when it's running and unhook it when it's done.
best $250 I've spent...it's not the best and it doesn't hold much but still it beats washing them by hand even if I have to run it twice :p

I'm confused... what about the vape mail ban?
as far as I'm aware it's still not finalized so can still use usps
you can check this thread for info: US Vape Mail Ban - USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL

I used tfa blueberry extra and cap blueberry jam
i mean it was good, it's just the cobbler wasn't as good in it as it was with the rhubarb and I think it was because the tart of the rhubarb really made the cobbler pop...if the blueberry was more tart it might have been better
You could use @FranC's trick and add a little açaí.

So I've spent most of the evening researching cherry flavors. MF black cherry seems like the one I would want (partly because I love black cherry IRL) INW cherries (not cherry... they are different) also sounds good (maybe both together would work well) There was also mention of HC (health cabin) cherry available at DIYFS (or something like that) It sounds great if you can find it. I'm getting the impression this is another fruit that requires combining several flavors to get the "complete" cherry experience.

I hand wash a lot, and I always prewash before going into the dishwasher any way. Food never goes into my dishwasher....yuck! I also hand wash my Mom's dishes when we visit.

I have white cabinets now with stainless. Last house I had maple and black appliances. Back when I cared. They could put in Almond and green for all I care now. As long as it works. I must be older then RJ because you get to a point where it just does not matter. HA.

I'm 55. I've only bought one set of builder grade appliances when I bought this house as I couldn't afford more expensive ones. I do care aesthetically, and two of them are not working correctly. I come from very humble beginnings but luckily I work very hard and earn a good living and can afford new appliances. We were taught to take care of what you've got and I've done that and I've got the goody out of these appliances. I mean if I'm going to get them, I may as well think on it especially since it's a chunk of change.

I have decided to get SS since I doubt I will be in this house in 20 years. When my parents are gone and my son moves out, I see me retiring and moving to the beach! When I sell this house I know everyone wants SS so that's what I'm getting. Right now the microwave from work will do and I'll wait on a great sale.

Good idea not to rush into buying anything. And you are right that SS appliances might be better when it comes to reselling the house. That is my expert opinion that comes from watching HGTV frequently.

What's this thing you call a "tax refund"???? ;)
It's called having a child. Before him, I always had to pay taxes at the end of the year. But I get lots of deductions because of him, and him in college offers me a great tax refund with the American Opportunity tax credit. This year was my highest refund ever in my life.

Some places sell matching sets of appliances but I'm not sold on that idea. I think they group together what they can sell of one brand at a reasonable price but not necessarily the best quality. My neighbor next door bought one of those sets that had the refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave and his microwave quit after less than two years and I think he said they had an issue with the refrigerator already. I don't feel like everything has to be the same brand to match. Our double oven range is Samsung, the dishwasher is LG, and the refrigerator is Whirlpool and they match just fine. Of course the white microwave doesn't match but I don't feel like it's necessary to replace it unless it isn't working and it works great.

We've always gotten a refund. This will be the first year not claiming our oldest but the youngest is in college. Our oldest didn't get any of the first two stimulus checks but when she filed her taxes it said she was eligible and got the money with her tax refund. I'm curious to see how we come out this year. Before long I'm going to increase my 401k contribution to offset a little of the tax burden and may have to increase my weekly tax deduction.

no need to explain. What matters to some, doesn't to others. But remember, if and when you decide to sell, the stainless will be long out of style. You cannot beat, boring and neutral white.
