Good morning mixers. I got two more review items yesterday. The Z1 sbs and smoant ladon kit. I set up the z1 and will try the ladon later.

I’m trying the ice cream base that I added the raspberry syrup to. The raspberry is there at 3% but feel like it needs some sweetener or something.

Maybe that's why I like it.

I was thinking about your disappointment with the Z1 SBS color you received. I wonder if you might be able to find a trade partner. Maybe someone else received the color you wanted and would prefer the red color you have.

Sunny Sunday here, although temps won't get much over the mid 60s. Likely hose detail for the day. A few tanks to clean and rewick. Watching mixes steep, almost as much fun as watching paint dry

Yesterday we got food delivered and I went out front and got it and started back in. About 2 steps inside the door my left knee collapsed and I almost went down with the wife hanging on trying to keep me up. I really need knee replacement on this knee - was supposed to get it done last year but Covid stopped that. I went back to wearing a brace made for me and it helped quite a bit. We see my doc 5/6 and I will see if I need all the clearances again. I suspect I will.

I need both knees....started around thanksgiving 2019 but put it off due to work, we were so understaffed it wasn't funny, they even made an exception for me to sit on a stool and prop my legs up under the counter just so I could keep working...(I did get a doctors note so the other employees couldn't say anything about it) and then well covid hit and...yeah....getting my vaccine on the 15th so hopefully after that I can get back on track and get my knees taken care of and at this point my back as well (it's always been messed up but manageable til now)

yikes, sorry, I feel ya... I'll be ready to mix tomorrow. (note to self, because my memory is bad too, take a bottle of nic out of the freezer!). I'll relax tonight and think about what I'd like to mix, decisions, decisions. You've given me too many ideas! Thanks a lot!

Guess what I forgot to do yesterday?

It's a good thing I made a note to myself here because it reminded me this morning. I'll be mixing a little later in the day than planned. DH and I will take a walk before the weather turns this afternoon so it works out. Phew!

Evidently it’s random when it comes to the stabwood but it’s a weird coincidence that both of the ones I received are nearly identical.
