Is the SSA creamy on its own?Yes, I wanted the Ice Cream higher than the vanilla. Thinking the cone flavors need to be low. Going to try out .75% on the cone. Also thinking the addition of cream to an ice cream is more to my liking than a custard.
The second tester with the custard prem is to try and make a frozen custard (ice cream) like I used to get in StL. This round I’m being patient and testing the base before I start adding the other flavors.
