If they're organic, I don't throw any part of citrus fruits into the compost (except the seeds). I cut the peel and pith into small strips that I freeze and add a bit at a time to my daily smoothie. The pith is full of flavonoids, and the peel in small doses is safe and very tasty. You should give it a whirl, Charlie.
Yup that sounds good although my morning smoothies are seriously healthy anyway. I was drinking a turmeric, ginger and whole lemon tonic along with apple cider vinegar but it triggered a nasty attack of GERD so I'm currently a bit paranoid regarding citrus fruits. Mind you as you say a small amount probably wouldn't do me any harm

You may get an ok vape after two weeks but four to six is even better. Best to add the NIC afterwards if you're steeping for the long run :)
I fixed that. Meant 2.5%. LOL. The mix was made a couple weeks ago. I just tried a tad yesterday and wasn’t impressed. I just added 2.5ml more custard so I’ll let it sit at least 2 weeks. It’s just a small mix....15ml.

I’m not a custard expert by any means so I appreciate the help. I think next time I try the mix I’ll have a much better chance of tasting the custard.

@FranC For some reason I'm really hoping you'll like it. Just to add nearly all the simple custard recipes I've tried have been at best a bit meh. A good one tends to be more complex....as always YMMV :)
This one has 2 ice creams and 2 blackberries.

    Good morning folks,

I have started a bit with a tasteless mix, never managed to get the whole grape taste of an atty, so then we have to try something else, right now it is a tiny aftertaste of grape so it is useful to vape, nic is increased a bit though.

    Morning, mixers,

Still running a summer day here, about 20 or so above average. And they claim by the weekend we'll be 10 below average....

Ok then. Next time I'm at Whole Foods I'll look for kumquats and squeeze out the innards and eat the peel.
Although doesn't that sound absolutely backwards?
Scratching my head to think of another fruit or veggie where you toss the innards and eat the peel.

Well, there IS this very common food stuff. You throw away the outside, then cook the inside. Then eat the outside and throw away the inside. And nobody thinks it's odd at all. :)

OR... eat the inside and throw away the outside (potatoes, crabs, oysters, lobsters...)

Try soaking the atty in water with a bit of mouthwash. After a few minutes, rinse well and dry.

    Somewhere between here and there
Bull City has Kumquat flavoring. I am so tempted.

I have the kumquat flavor. I just tried it once but remember that I liked it.

Grape has been one of those illusive flavors for me. Do you have a good grape recipe?

OR... eat the inside and throw away the outside (potatoes, crabs, oysters, lobsters...)

If I'm cooking then the skins stay on the potatoes whether it's baked or cubed and fried in a pan.
