Probably, most definitely, not alone here.. but seeing the phrase 'Shipment on Hold' with a package shipped via DHL gives me high anxiety. It's not vape related for the sake of this forum and thread, but DIY related. Ordered an item from France, and I want my damn package now and secure in my own hands! Lol it's so close but so far away. Currently in package purgatory about 4 or 5 hours away. /rant

My day started well enough then I started to feel iffy when out shopping.....even worse when got home...temp 39°C.....another lung infection. Dosed up on paracetamol and antibiotics so feeling a bit better. Certainly ruined my day...it's happening every three weeks or so due to other health issues....oh well it is what it is and I should feel better tomorrow for my mixing

I want to make a less sweeter version of a Girl Scout Samoa like cookie. That's why I've been asking about the PUR toasted coconut (cheesecake). Also a cookie with nuts and chocolate. And another with maybe apricot, a touch of custard and a bit of lemon.

Well that's understandable...if a machine stops on a production line then the money loss is significant....don't quite know what you do but I know machine repairs are quite a responsibility...good luck with it!!

It's not a production line thing. I am an electrician/technician/welding inspector. I mostly work on industrial welding and cutting equipment.

I did the little sugar cookie mix and added Forest Fruit to that.The mix does have a low sweetness Tolerable.

Doesn't Forest Fruit has its own level of sweetness? I have only used a couple of times but I seem to remember that about it.

Is not on my favs lists tho.

That sounds good with FA Torrone. I have it but haven't used torrone in some time. Might have to pull that out for something.

How is VT orange marmalade?

Kind of like orange jam, I think. I remember thinking it needed zest, and nothing else sweet with it. I haven’t tried the cranberry jam, but it’s supposed to be tart and not very sweet. Torrone has a zesty bit to it, plus I love orange + almond. Hoping the 3 together round each other out.

I haven't tried the marmalade but ssa bakery orange is a really good one. It's one of very few where I actually finished the whole sft that I mixed. I usually end up dumping them before finishing.

I just started my bottle of Julia Su’s orange tart. It’s really good. Did that have bakery oranges in it?

CAP Sugar Cookie

SSA Shortbread Cookie

When you get them make this...

CAP Sugar Cookie 1.5%
SSA Shortbread Cookie 0.5%

Then add some of your cappuccino or tiramisu to taste. You will likely have to bump up the percents on the cookies to hold up to your bold coffee tastes. Try bumping them up by 0.5% and go from there. You'll find the right balance.
