I love mascarpone so much I could easily go another half % (not suggesting that for you... just wanted to be clear about that) It really has become one of my new favs and you are the one that sparked my interest (thank you) And yes... I need a better cheesecake but for now it fixes it. I want to try a recipe with croissant, mascarpone cheese and some berries.
Actually, I mostly agree. I'm really into astronomy and cosmic science... several of our solar system's planets are warming. Also (what I think Butch implied) there are natural cycles that may be every 100,000 years that we are not really aware of. Of course, we increased this by like 20-30% but it was going to happen anyway.

Good morning. I mixed another 40ml of the croissant base last night. I plan on using it as is for now. I’m not really motivated to add a fruit at this point.

Another regular work day here. Plenty of work to keep me busy which I'm glad for. The tree trimmer called me last night and said they were going to come today if it wasn't raining but of course I woke up and it was raining so who knows. They are super busy and I've already been waiting a little over a month but knew that going into it. They were very up front about how backlogged they were.

Another hot day here, but they do claim the worst is past. Only 90 today, which will probably feel like 80 by comparison. Yet still about 15 or so over average. The only rain is what comes out the end of a hose.

Not even 9am and already 85 and humid. UGH.
Went out and watered the garden a little. It is wicked hot. After another coffee, I plan to mix some nic base. I have a couple empty bottles.
