Just a quick post. Last night at work I heard a CNA and a med tech discussing the vaccine. They are convinced it has micro chips in it. LOL I don't have the time to educate the weak minded. Pretty soon they will be mandated to have the vaccine. Yes, in health care it can be mandated.

As time goes by insurance companies will not allow businesses to keep operating without a mask mandate. I'm talking about bigger corporations etc. Not the Mom & Pop operations.

I can't wait to try the Flavourart banana Candy I mixed the other night.

The vanilla cookie is sold out. I stuck amarula in my cart. Can't remember which others have been recommended here.

Not new but FA Milk and FA whipped cream. I only got a few of the new ones and haven't tried any besides the amarula yet. I got both of the custard extra flavors.

Ours is high too. The number of breakthrough infections are discouraging. We’re seeing it in the medical staff ( hospital and clinic both), as well as the general population. That and the number of pediatric inpatient cases are rising quickly. My 3 yo granddaughter is supposed to start school next week, and it makes me nervous.

GGD is 7. Her school never went remote. Her district has large new well ventilated buildings and they were really strict about spacing and masks, they didn't have any problems. They're going back this summer without a mask mandate so it's finger crossing time until the vaccine is approved for her age group. She was here for the weekend. Sneezing all the time. Probably allergies, she lives in a sterile concrete area and we live in the woods. In the city a lot of the schools are old and cramped with crap ventilation, they went remote. Now they are going back with a mask mandate.

I don't often have good things to say about our State government, but I reckon they handled CV pretty well. Locked down early and knocked the numbers down quickly, and now they let localities make their own decisions. Kept politics out of it.

Read a scary theory yesterday. Before the vaccine was widespread there wasn't much benefit for the virus to evolve to get around the vaccine. Now we have the worst of both worlds. A lot of vaccinated people, but still enough unvaccinated in most areas to keep the virus active, so the virus has an incentive to figure out how to evade the vaccine.

UK just joined Israel in going with a booster for over 60's for Pfizer. Imagine we will go there soon. I got Pfizer.

We actually are down to zero new cases and zero covid related deaths in our county for the last few weeks...

Hopefully it will stay that way.. fingers crossed.

I mixed up about 350ml day before yesterday so I'm set for a couple more months.

Tomorrow I need to wash out the squonk bottles for the LV Therion I just purchased (it was a used purchase in the classifieds, not new) and get that all set up for vaping .. try that out for a while .. :)

It's got a nice feel to it, I threw the RDA I'm using currently on top to check working conditions, I don't really like battery placement on this although I knew that may be a detraction in advance, but it does seem to vape nicely so it's probably a wash... for the price can't beat it though!

A virus can’t mutate until it has infected someone. It’s a natural process, whether there’s a vaccine or not. If everyone were vaccinated (think polio, smallpox etc) there would be no “hosts” for the virus, and it would die out for the most part because there wouldn’t be a way for it to spread or mutate. Unfortunately, our vaccination rates here are the pits. We’re back to a mask mandate. I’m hoping they ok the boosters here soon. Himself had pfizer, second shot in December. It makes me nervous knowing he’s exposed to Covid positive patients at work

What did you not like about vanilla cookie? I’m catching up, so if it’s already been asked/answered, breeze on by!

I do like the Vanilla Cookie...it's just wasn't what I was going for in the Banana cream Pie :)
    It was too...deep ?
