    I have got a couple of new to me mixes to share..

    First one is

    Black Currant Yogurt

    Cap Sweet Mango 2.00 %
    FLV Black Currant 0.60 %
    WF Mora Blackberry 0.60 %
    FW Yogurt 8.00 %

    And a
    Red Currant Yogurt

    Cap Raspberry v2 3.00 %
    Cap Sweet Currant 1.60 %
    FW Yogurt 8.00 %

    @FranC

    The sweet currant has some sweet but not overpowering by any means.

    The Black currant really started to shine when I added the Mora Blackberry. The sweet mango just cuts the sharpness of the tart flavoring of the other 2 but doesn't add a sweet taste.

    @Zazie

    Pls add to blog

    Thanks
    I will make note of those. Of course I don’t have the “sweet” flavors.

    Homemade potato wedges with salt, pepper, season salt, and Parmesan is good in the oven.
    are you cooking red/regular potatoes? I'm baking red right now...olive oil, sea salt, pepper, oregano and....PARMESAN...I'm sure we'll both be enjoying them!

    I can’t decide if I like the Thai one shot. I think I’m going to put it back in the cabinet for now and try a different one. I’ve got the new Blotto rta for review so can use that.
    Need a report on the new one shot.

    LOL I didn't think you would.

    But seriously, you may be able to use another mango for the Black Currant recipe but for me without the sweet mango it is just too sharp for my tastes. And since I don't use any type of sweetners(prefer to use flavoring for that little bit of sweet i do want) this was just a good choice. Like I said it just cuts the sharpness does not add any sweet at all.

    :)

    I will sub another mango. I don’t think I’ve mixed one like that. Sounds tasty.

    I am really enjoying the mix. The Black Currant and the Mora Blackberry are a good pairing. May be useful in other recipes also....

    It’s not much flavor %
    Black Currant is a strong flavoring. I have not used the Mora Blackberry by itself so I just decided to match the % of the Black currant to start off with. Got lucky it worked so well on first try.

    Just depends what we have on hand. Usually regular Idaho potatoes for wedges.

    I didn’t get one out to try yet. We went and looked at some houses and ran to Sams Club for a new printer and some groceries.

    My 10 yr old Gs made $76 today selling lemonade.

    Maybe I should quit working and set up a bunch of lemonade stands. I could pay kids by the hour to operate them.
