hmmm...
I had a 100ml bottle of Vanilla Custard I had mixed that was a bit blah.
So I just added ONLY 2 drops of Cap Raspberry.
Well...all I can say is that this is gonna get sucked down quickly !
FINALLY - a Raspberry that doesn't get used up in drinking tea !
2 drops per 100ml and it changed the flavor?

I mixed a few bottles early this morning and I'm trying a few out in a dripper I just rewicked. They all need to steep but I always try a little right away.
I do the same with new mixes. I like to know where they are after mixing so I am better able to understand, and note, how they develop over time.

VTA Chocolate Mousse? That is one I have actually, I don't tend to use it in many mixes though because I really taste the mousse part more than the Chocolate. It's good to me and realistic. I also have VTA Choc Custard I think.
Yes. I get a very nice chocolate from it but I don’t like it mixed with chocolate chunks. I think I will use 2% of the chocolate mousse instead. I made another couple changes in brands also. I’ll just call mine Chocolate Joe (Fran's version). If it’s any good I’ll post the recipe.

This is what I have for an apple pie recipe currently, still a work in progress, and keep in mind I did flub this mix by switching the Croissants. This is the 5th version now over a few months. I'm getting closer...

    The Pie⁵ -
    0.30% Apple Filling FLV
    2.5% Apple Pie CAP
    1% Apple Pie FA
    1.75% Croissant WF
    2.5% Croissant VTA
    0.35% Fuji Apple CAP
    1% VBIC CAP
That looks good. Switching the croissants won't matter. When I tested them the VTA at a higher % will give you more of the croissant outer crust and more of a butter note. The WF is more of the croissant insides. IIRC you were looking to improve your pie crust and to add a light butter note. I think your croissant %'s look good for both.

I'm looking forward to hearing how your apple pie turns out.

I had made a Watermelon for Boss friend.
When I make Watermelon I add a few drops of Raspberry to bring it up a bit.
I made a 50 ml bottle and added 2 drops to that and the raspberry came too far forward to be "Watermelon" - so I had to label it Watermelon/Ras.
So when I saw Fran's post about Raspberry Custard I thought "hmmmm" about that bottle of Vanilla Custard.
Not sure if I had ever used the Cap Rasp in an e-liquid mix since I had given up on Raspberry vapes and just use it in tea.

I think many do the same. For me, alas, testing is just a guise, a cover for impatience or lack of liquid.

Thank you, the crust is directly from your recommendation. The rest is not original either of course, but has been a learning experience for me, fun.
You nailed it with what I was getting from my mix in an rda, more crust and butter, tad much. All in all not bad.
I reduced my CAP Apple Pie from 3.5 in my last version and the FA Apple Pie was 1.75. Apple Filling FLV was 0.5% and overtook the recipe, in a good way but still...
This time around it may be a little weak on the filling, but this was mixed about six hours ago so I will have to give it lots of time. So long...

I would have liked to see manufacturers were a little more creative in material as well as the color choices, as far as I know there is no SBS in pure aluminum or stainless, and I have not really seen a white one either.
Both the Aspire Mixx and Vapefly Brunhilde SbS's are CNC'ed aluminum. I have both. They are very well built. My favorite SbS is the Dovpo College DNA 60.

    Merry Monday, madcap mixers. :)

Still clear and sunny here, and still bone dry. Of curse. (No, that's NOT a typo! )

One of the girls went home yesterday so there were just two kids out selling lemonade/iced tea today, bout all day in 65 degree weather with off and on sprinkles. They made over $100 each.

    That's a lot of Legos!

I do notice a change if I add a couple drops of a flavor to mixes, or bases, I know very well. Depends a lot on what flavor I add. If it's a darker berry, I totally notice it. I'm not one to use any of the darker berries much over 0.15%-0.5%. For me, anything over that takes over a mix (depending).

I'm so used to my vanilla mixes that I can add 2-3 drops of another vanilla and immediately note the difference. Same thing with my caramel and butterscotch mixes.

You just gave me an idea for a Butterscotch with Raspberry in very small %.
If you wanted a straight Butterscotch eliquid what would you put together?
I have FW and TFA Butterscotch, Butterscotch Ripple..
