I've been catching up for a couple days
I'm vaping that FA Cappucino and VT Mousse mix, tasty but very light. I used 1.25% Cappucino and 2% Mousse. It tastes good but I think I'll remix it with 2% Cappucino in the future.
My mix also has Vienna Cream and that might get replaced or removed, a little heavy. That one comes off boozey to me sometimes.
Other than that, not much going on.
You may remember I made an almond raspberry cake thing recently. It wasn't bad and I am going to work on it a few times.
One thing that needs a little work is the almond part of it.
I used 1.5% FA Almond and 1% TFA Toasted Almond.
I think the FA Almond and the INW Raspberry (Malina) that I used played off each other and made a tarter almost cherry flavor.
Does anyone have suggestions for almond in a mix like this?

Good morning. After coffee, going to plant some peas to replace the ones some animals dug up. Too late really, but I should hopefully get something from them. Dutch red shallots are coming in today, kind of excited for that. Have a great day everyone!
When I use Almond I generally use the FA . Maybe you have too much almond in the mix?

I will probably back down on the FA almond. I want more of a toasty almond flavor anyway, and FA almond is like almond extract food flavoring to me. Good but different.

Good morning in here. Sometime this week I'll do a mixing session. I haven't decided what to mix yet.
I have a technical question. When I moved here I bought a smart TV (first one I’ve had). I also bought a tiny $20 Roku because I thought I needed it (no cable to my room). I really don’t care about cable cause I just watch shows from Amazon, etc. My little Roku has been having connection issues. Before I buy another Roku I have to ask if I really need it or is the smart tv enough?
