Last I heard (from someone at work), they wait 5 ?ish? days after close-contact exposure to test people. Gotta give it time to show up I guess.

Someone that I know got two negative results on the rapid tests even though they clearly had the symptoms and finally got a positive result on the lab test.

Just finished passing out candy. We didn’t get very many kids this year. Seems like every year it’s less and less. Lots of candy left. I’ll probably take it to work and leave it on the counter for everyone.

Sounds to me like the rapid tests aren’t the best.

I need to write up some recipes for the new flavors I got from Nom Nomz. Probably start with FA Cookie Premium. It smells really good and very different than the regular FA Cookie and Vanilla Cookie. I'll mix it with one of my vanilla bases so I can get a feel for it.

FE Sweet Rice, got that one for a tea that @Katya mentioned. Need to look at my notes for that one.

FA Jasmine also for tea mixes. I'll go with white tea for that but will end up trying it with green as well.

Here it is always on Sunday and between 1-4pm. We used to get a lot of kids. Last year and this year there were very few (covid???). Halloween 2019 we saw many.

Several years ago I dressed up as a scarecrow. Wife made my face up to look like a werewolf. Some fake hair and makeup. I sat motionless in a lawn chair (like the dummy I am). When the kids and their parents came up to our house I would growl and jump up. Sometimes I thought the parents crapped in their pants. Sure was funny watching them jump and their facial expressions. Fun times.

That sounds fun. There is nothing better than scaring innocent children. Scaring the parents is a nice added bonus.

I went ahead and mowed again today. Not much else going on. My new neighbor next door was out standing on his roof hanging Xmas lights. I stopped putting high lights up after I fell and broke my foot. It’s just not worth it. I wasn’t much older than him when I fell years ago.
