She just came downstairs so have some hope.

If you have liquor anywhere in the house pour a couple of drops on your shirt. Tell her you're a little tipsy and probably shouldn't be out at a mall shopping. I used this tactic in 2017 and it worked. Also, telling her you feel like having a Hallmark night will help. Remember we are all pulling for you. Good luck.

What are you random folks up to this evening?
Football and shopping. I bought my Mom a set of silicone utensils just like my set that I love. It’s for her birthday on the 11th. My brother’s birthday is the 18th. He’ll get a gift card. I’m getting there…

I spent the day with my daughter, my sister, and my niece. My mother was with us part of the time. We went antique shopping. I found a tea tray in the pattern that my mom is collecting.

I'm trying a new mix that I had steeping. It's called Cinnamon Kentucky Bourbon and I'm liking it. It's rather Christmasy.

    Cinnamon Kentucky Bourbon

    Kentucky bourbon (TFA) 5%
    Brown sugar (TFA) 1%
    Cinnamon hottie (FA) 1%

@Zazie, please add to your blog.

I could not sleep, so I went down to vape, something tells me that there will be a tired Norwegian tomorrow.
Tomorrow I will go to the pharmacy to pick up medicine, and then I think the visa card will be used to buy screws and tactile switches.

Soon gotta try to sleep again.

UGH, I hope Butch is fixed soon.

He was, the service department raised the window and pulled the "plug" . . . Motor has to be replaced, so they ordered a new one and when it comes in it will be fixed with everything else . . . Thankfully those parts are in . . . Just Sayin' . . .

This vehicle seems like it has been nothing but huge problems. Causing you nothing but misery according to your posts since you came across this lemon. If you don't mind me asking, who acquainted you with this vehicle?

Sorry you are having these issues. That is why I suggested Carmax, they check them out thoroughly before sale. I hope you get it fixed soon and the trouble ends.

I cringed reading about your car window. Reminded me of a time I was tending bar, 8 months pregnant, barely making ends meet. It was just before Christmas and a couple had a fight in the parking lot. Broke my driver and passenger windows out throwing huge rocks at each other. At least that is what I was told happened. I came out from work at 2 am to find glass everywhere. It was freezing cold and I had to drive home with garbage bags taped to the windows. Had to drive like that for a bit until I could afford to have them fixed. Of course, it took any money I had for presents for the kids. If not for the generosity of co-workers they would not have had any Christmas at all.

What can I say, except for the fact, that I checked both Carmax and Carvana. Both of which supposedly checked the cars throughly, Carvana even supplied me with a copy of their 150 check list. As soon as saw "Butch" I was sold. Oh well, we all know what lust can do. And just like any used car purchase, things can and do go wrong. The one good thing is, thankfully I also purchased the extend bumper-to-bumper warranty for the year. And I am holding Carvana to their 100 day warranty first and they are paying for all the repairs . . . Just Sayin' . . .

WOW - Also, sorry to read about your experience . . . But really glad that your co-workers came to your aid for Christmas. . .

Saddly the Internet (read post above) . . . :(

BTW: Besides making sure the car is fixed, for all my grief - instead of giving me a discount and/or a small refund - Carvana is graciously sending me a check to go out and have a nice dinner - a big whopping $150.00 (hope you read that with all the sarcasm I could imply) . . . At this point,, I would return the car,, except for the fact "Butch" and I are a team now . . . Yes, he has flaws (just like I do - Remember I'm an old man with issues too), however I won't turn my back on him . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Well I would use that $150 smackers at Joe's Stone Crabs... and if you didn't feel like wobbling down the highway in Butch to South Beach at least hit up Rustic Inn off Griffin Rd,
