Afternoon folks. Got in a short workout and am taking a vape break. My wife is going to visit a friend in the hospital. She went in for a breast biopsy and they discovered she has heart issues so canceled the biopsy and admitted her.
Hoping your wife’s friend will be ok.

It's all a matter of what one is used to. Although I don't think I could ever get used to your temperatures. I didn't like the heat even before MS--of which it is an especial enemy--entered the picture.
Maybe when I was a lot younger but at this point in my life I could never get used to heat like that.

For me, true when it's 58 outside. When it's cold outside and 58 in, I need socks and a sweater or at least an overshirt.
It's the MRT.....mean radiant temperature. Basically it's a calculation based on how much heat loss there is inside and at what rate. As the house gets colder there is more heat being radiated into the cold outer shell of the building and therefore being lost. It explains why the thermostat says the same but yet you feel colder. :)

Wow, I was also 20 something when I had my reading in LA. I will never forget her, Madam Rossotelli from the City of Angels by way of Italy. She accurately predicted my future. Said she didn't do past life stuff, only future events.

She told me "someday you will become good friends with someone from Florida who loves reggae music". Awesome. That got my attention! The song "One Love" popped in my mind followed by a vision of a nice suntanned gal in a bikini on a very secluded beach. Madam Rossotelli yelled at me and said "get your mind out of there". Ooops, I didn't know she read minds too. Anyways...

Then she said, "the two of you will become women in a foreign land". I laughed and said "that ain't happening". She looked at me very sternly, I was scared , and she said "oh yes, this will certainly happen".

Fast forward bunches and bunches of years...
I met you and you're from Florida and love reggae music. Then later on, after much mischief at one place, two gorgeous women, Rebecca and Alessandra, came to life in a foreign land (more mischief, but much fun ).

Brother, I will never doubt another reader!

Rebecca the newly divorced, retired Playboy model.

It's odd, NW Arkansas is only a short distance from you and we hardly get any snow. It does get super cold though.

We’ve only gotten two snows this year so far. Some years the snowblower never gets used and other years it’s used several times. The year I bought it we got several deep snows and my old used one died.

We haven’t gotten anything over 2 inches which is weird.
