My plans are to get gone today what I didn't get done yesterday. I took my car into Walmart for an oil change and was surprised when it rang up free. When I got back to my car and noticed that the oil change reminder sticker hadn't been changed, I looked at the receipt and saw why it was free. The mechanic, for some reason, declined to do my oil change. Probably because I have a chronic oil leak. Walmart is picky. So now I got to go back into town and get the change done, plus the state inspection, then got get my tags renewed. I could get the oil change done here, but it costs a lot more and I still need to get the tags renewed as they expired yesterday.
That is total B.S. I'd find another Walmat or someplace else. I get tires from a walmart with a great auto center usually, but the last time they were closed and I went to one abot 12 miles away and the guy couldn't mount the tires because he said I had a bad stud. I took the car into work (my son's car) and put my impact wrench on it and it came right off. P.O.ed I was, but glad that clown didn't do the tires. So there are good ones and there are bad ones and I'll never take anythink to the Elkton Walmart. Never heard of a refusal to change the oil for a little leak.

Well its been 4 days since I asked for a refund from Cotton man (I bought some from Australia), but no reply yet. I won't really pursue if they don't respond as its only $5...but the idea counts.
Seems to me they do good cotton, but their system aren't up to the same standard....hope i'm wrong.

I DO ALL MY OIL CHANGES MYSELF. While doing so I stain the driveway, destroy about 4 of the wife's favorite towels, contaminate the water system (spills not dumping), kill the grass in 1/4 of the yard; and, then I have to drive 18 miles to the nearest auto parts store to dispose of the oil.

But I save a lot of money doing it myself.

Mission accomplished! Oil is changed, car is inspected and has new tags for a year and I even washed it. Now to settle in with a good vape and await today's election results.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders is running here.. Ooops, not running like physically. I meant running for governor.

Well the kidney doc said my kidneys are better! Still stage 3 but stable since I quit meloxicam months ago. I told her my feet are killing me since I quit meloxicam (arthritis) so she gave me tramodol for that and she said my sleep problems are not due to my kidneys. Interesting.

If the primaries go the way the polls indicate, we will have Greg Abbott vs. Beto "Hell, yes, I'm gonna take your guns!" O'Rourke.

I used to do my own years ago until I got a company car. That spoiled me and started taking the wife’s to get changed. She likes going to the dealership where we bought her car and they aren’t any higher than other places and it keeps her happy. About that one thing anyway.
