Very niceThanks MelYeah, counting down the hours. Suppose to be sunny and in the low 70s all weekend. Though, the ocean will still be too cold. But, there’s a heated outdoor pool on the premises. We booked 2 nights at the Amelia Schoolhouse Inn.
My wife's birthday is today. Our 45th anniversary is on the 16th. Years ago I got them mixed up and got her a dozen roses and a sappy anniversary card on her birthday. She came home from work and saw the roses on the table, read the card, and said. 'Awww how sweet, I've never gotten roses on my birthday before'.
It took a second for it to sink in, then we both started laughing. I used the, hey 6th...16th.. an understandable mistake, excuse. She let me off the hook. 'It's ok, you tried'.

Glad it's betterYes I think so....throat still sore, headache and extreme fatigue feeling but it's no worse. I've just slept for two hours and feel much better. I'm probably a bit 'run down'. Hope you're ok too

I got the wife to the airport this morning. I hadn't been there in years and they are in the middle of building a new one so it looked very different. I almost took a wrong turn not recognizing things there.
It's supposed to be much cooler today with a high of 70 degrees, as opposed to yesterday's 91. Still sunny though. It'll be in the low 80's this weekend at College Station when somebody special gets her senior ring. Whoop!
