That's about what 6hey got. The stupid thing looks like it wants to start bleeding again. At least it hasn't soaked the bandaid though. It really needs a butterfly bandage, but I couldn't get into the clinic and I'm not about to go to the ER.

Close it up with some super glue. I keep some on my desk at work for cuts.

How do most of you "draw" your PG/VG/NIC mix to put it in whatever container your going to mix it in? I bought a 30cc Syringe with a huge blunt tip but apparently the liquid is too thick. Got my very first DIY mix on the mixxer now. Pretty hyped

I use 250ml bottles with twist tips. I tried using a 60ml syringe with giant tips but it still took forever.

I pre-mix my nic. I pour in my nic. Been doing it so long I don’t need to measure. Then I pour in the VG which I use about 30%, Then I pour in the PG to finish the bottle. From there I pour out of a 120ml bottle into my mixes. I don’t use a syringe unless I’m using a plastic bottle with small opening.

Hmm might have to buy more containers then. Also couldn't get a syringe into the flavoring(gorilla style applicator tips) bottles and popping the tops can be messy.

Hmm interesting. In my case the PG/VG/NIC is pre-mixxed but in 1gal jugs, so trying to find most efficient method of transferring to the the mixxer. Think I should keep it on the mixxer the duration of steep time? Or let it rest?

    Letting it rest is fine.

Most of us have a scale and mix by weight.

Ahh I see. I have had bad experiences trusting digital scales, but that's good to know that some of my questions may be a bit difficult to answer for "most".
You just need to get the right scale.

I think most of us started mixing by volume and you do need to remove the tips from the flavor bottles.

Yeah I was wondering about that. Might be prudent to find new containers(small brown glass?) to put them in and just relabel them. Popping the tips off every time(drawing with a syringe) seems wasteful(spills) and in-efficient

That would work. I did a few that way.

    I use a measuring cylinder.

My apologies for the barrage of questions... how much stirring is needed? I use a magnetic mixxer with a 1" stir bar at about 1000rpms. Should a quick stir do it, or should I let it mix longer? I am not so familiar with properties of PG/VG and how they "blend"
I just shake mine but others use mixers.
