But if, say, you're trying to find that "perfect" strawberry (or chocolate, or...) , which likely needs that flavor from several vendors, how do you know which one to tweak for success unless you know how each tastes on its own?
So maybe a (very!) rough rule of thumb, if you wouldn't eat/drink a flavor solo, don't bother with an SFT?

I used TFA Honey with Earl Gray for a while years ago following a recipe I saw here somewhere. Quite liked it. But apparently the exhaled vapor has a rotten aroma, which you don't notice yourself while you vape it. My wife banned me from using it. She wasn't the only one who pointed that out to me.

have not been my best days but that's how it is, we got to take a walk and on the way we killed two poisonous snakes.
The kitchen project is progressing, better than the start, I have not told my wife but I am planning a new floor as well, and the four doors will also be painted.
Yep, we have a kitchen that is not really super smart, later when we get older we will build a new kitchen, and the room of doors will have a wood stove, two chairs and a table where we will sit and enjoy the morning.
I have received a vapemail that I do not bother to pick up today, it is a Cabeo with something extra.
Pick it up tomorrow and take a day off from the kitchen so I can get coil & wicks in new atty's, with the Cabeo it will be 5

Two more mixes done and my divider is once again full. Before I started I did remove four mixes that will be my next. Now that I’m done I have only two recipes written. I’m toying with mixing those also and then working on recipes.
I did end up mixing the last two recipes, both cakes.
Now I hope to come up with more recipes. Crossing fingers.

I always study before I kill them, we have another type in the valley where I live that looks very similar, not toxic and it has the other type of snake on the menu.
Today's job is done, went fast, tomorrow is a chiropractor, and relaxation.
Ideas are not in abundance today but I at least have one recipe. Hopefully I can come up with another for today.
Early afternoon blahs here. I really have to get back on a regular exercise routine. Seems like I do well for a month or two then gradually slip and then get back to it. Right now I need less slipping and more exercising. I'm going to try to make myself do it tonight.

I don't know how you come up with so many. Mine are far and few between. Do you find yourself using the same flavors a lot?

What triggers me is to have something that measures performance.
With age, I feel that it is harder to motivate myself for regular exercise, and it is certainly even worse for you who are in full time employment.
