I would like to group some items together instead of shipping twenty different packages. I’d love to have a stabwood mod but just can’t bring myself to spend that much.

I think of my stabwoods as my hobby or collectibles like others collect stamps or whatever. I don’t do as much as I use to because of my health issues. So long weekend ski trips, dining out at nice restaurants, vacations in the Bahamas etc… expensive things I use to do but cannot any longer due to health, lack of someone to do things with or finances. I’m on disability but I’ve been a good saver so that I can buy myself pretty mods lol!

Ive seen on other classifieds people selling vape “lots” selling all of the items as one sale. That’s a good idea. Put together a setup or two, throw in a couple of attys and accessories and sell it all as one.

I’ve got a bunch of pod devices without spare pods from reviews. I had to use the pods for testing but could group several and sell them cheap. I may have pods for some since some companies send spares.

I know many of you measure by weight curious what kind of scales your using. I am noticing a lot of scales that are suggested SAY they go to .01g but in actuality their min. measurement is .05g with a 0.01g to 0.03g variance. Just seems like if this is the case your literally making something different every time you mix when doing less then 30ml batches.

I may not DIY any longer but that does not mean I don't bookmark certain things that will allow me to help someone someday. Here is one that was recommended. https://www.amazon.com/American-Wei...ketus-20&ref=pd_sl_a4091B04265A46CEC1BB807166 I am sure you will get lots of better answers but I thought I would try to help you get started in your search. If Fran does wear me down, this is the one I will buy. Just tryin' to be helpful.

Yeah unfortunately thats one of the models that is actually only rated for .05 its a kind of false advertsing IMO that they say .01

"Secondly, we hope to explain to you the problems you found, and hope you can learn more about the functions of this device.
The minimum measurement weight of the product is 0.05g, and there may be a 0.01g--0.03g error due to the limitation of the environment and the function of the product itself. Therefore, we specially designed the user calibration function and provided a 200g weight in the package to help users obtain more accurate measurement results. We recommend that you refer to the instructions in the manual.
    "

My opinion is when you’re off by a hundredth or two then I’d be surprised if you could tell the difference unless you’re mixing a really small amount.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

I'm going to go with survival again. Seemed to work out pretty good yesterday.

I was thinking this morning about how I get the opportunity to try so many different devices by doing reviews that I wonder how people actually pick and choose with so much on the market now. Back in the day it was do you want a 510, 901, or 801. There is so much on the market these days that it would be hard to pick if you weren't a member of a forum or FB to get other peoples opinions on stuff.

This is true. I haven’t done much on fb but I would have been lost without this forum.

In a way we had it easier when we started since there weren't many choices back then.

So true. Carts and attys were far from ideal. It was Greensmoke from there and they were good for awhile til they went downhill. That was when I discovered the ego and never looked back.

The issue for me is that is a pretty wide margin of error. This means if your adding drop by drop there is a very real possibility it wont read a single drop unless a second droplet is detected with it. In theory you could add .5ml at .01ml drop per time and scale still show 0.00g

.5% of a flavor in a 10ml mix would be .05 grams. I never use less than .5% of a flavor in a 10ml mix. My scale will measure .05. If I over add that flavor and it comes out at .08 then I don't worry about it. I'm mixing flavors not nitro glycerin. My scale was maybe $25 and it's good enough. I have no idea if it's in calibration or not. I guess I'm just more easy going about it. I'm not looking for exact science. Just something that tastes good to vape. However, if exact measurements are important to you then get a better scale that you can calibrate.

I mix by volume, that should say how much I care about what exact measurements mean to me.
