I guess it depends where you buy them. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them offered with white tops.

I got mine from Packaging Options Direct. That's the only place I ever got glassware. They are a bit limited in some ways. They sell some items singly, others come in cases consisting of different numbers of items. They are pretty cheap and delivery is really fast.
