Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

Just to survive the day. I got to work and there weren't any cars in the employee parking lot but as I got closer I saw that it had been repaved and there was a sawhorse blocking the entrance. So I had to park in front of the building which I don't like. It's not a very good neighborhood and cars have been broken into before.

I think some of you use a CPAP. I would appreciate info/recommendations as I know nothing about them and think it is in my near future.

My doctor picked which machine I got. Just see a sleep specialist and they'll do the at-home sleep study, then I went to a place that taught me how to use it and I took it home.

What do you need to know? You usually do a sleep study, which can be done from home nowadays, and if you are diagnosed with sleep apnea, they will recommend a CPAP. Since the machines now have auto- pressure, there is no need for a second sleep study to determine what machine settings you need. The sleep consultant will also recommend a type of mask for you. These can vary from nasal prongs or pillows, nasal masks, or full face masks. It may take several tries to get the right one for you. The pressure will start low at first and ramp up gradually until it gets to the point where you are not having any apnea. Many machines will also have a humidifier attached. You should use distilled water for that.. The mask and hose have to be cleaned regularly, like once a week.. The machines can communicate with the companies that set you up and so they know how things are going and will follow up with you. You can also.consult with them. Many machines have an associated app. Also, be prepared for a possible delay in getting a machine because of a shortage due to the computer chip shortage. Anything else?

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize you have to keep buying stuff for them.

    Good morning folks
I have been able to get oil, the filters will arrive during the evening.
Bought me a $ 150 return filter as well. This will not happen again.

Good thing I'm almost done with all the atty I wanted, there's one left that I must have, and 5 that are bought if there are offers.

My mood is significantly better than yesterday.

I've been trying to follow along on this one. What exactly happened with the tractor that caused all these issues?
