I had enough energy this morning to close up the crawl space and put in a new oil burner nozzle. Wife and I have been battling a back to back bout with bronchitis over the past month, and hope it goes soon. There was a warning label on the new brass nozzle about cancer so I'll try not to swallow it. :)

California is trying to give you cancer again.

It's definitely fall. It's currently 81 and our highs this week remain in the 80s. It gets down as low as 52 at night. I don't have to turn on my AC until mid-afternoon, but still definitely need it. No rain anywhere in sight in the forecast, and we definitely need that, too.

    good morning folks,
we are having a real autumn storm, the positives are that electricity prices are falling, my bills have been 4 times higher than what they were at their worst.
Plan for the day is to wash atty's, the ones I never use, will be placed in their original boxes.

A month or so ago I got my gas bill and it went up from $70 a month on level pay to $120. They blame it on natural gas prices but that's almost double what I had been paying. We only use gas for the water heater and the furnace and the furnace hadn't been used since winter. Seems a little ridiculous to me. The next time I have to replace the water heater or furnace then I may look at going all electric.

    Morning, mixers.

No posts for 12 hours? Come on y'all, wake up!

Nope, not before 6 am. I'm retired :)

But similar weather here, just a tad lower. Nights still in the low 50s, days mid 70s to low 80s, a tad warm for us this time of year, but not bad. Yeah, rain would be good.

Maybe they added in the higher transportation costs... of pushing it through those pipes.

Electric rates are no better. it's a no-win.

Mine hasn't gone up, it's still $20 a month right now, but I wish they would increase it a bit. It's level pay, but in reality it's not very level. The only thing I have that runs on gas is the heat, and my gas bill is always a lot higher in the winter. But at least my electric bill will go down. I'm under a fixed rate contract for my electricity, so I haven't seen astronomical price increases, but as soon as my contract comes up for renewal, I'm sure I will.

We used to have electricity prices at the most extreme 10 cents per kwh, now we have had a peak of $1 per kwh. VAT and online rent come on top of that.

I bought my first Xmas present for the year. It’s a Rigid tire inflator for my oldest daughter. She bought me one for Xmas last year and I love it. I used it on her car once and she mentioned she could use one.

Here is my current method for storing my flavors,
    20221005_192549-COLLAGE.jpg
It is a "Husky 18 inch Interlocking Organizer".
This is case #3 (sigh... so much for limits)
Those are 10ml, can fit 11 easily in the small bins, 12 are a bit squished. 25 bottles fit nicely in the larger bins.
So 138 10ml plastic bottles will fit nicely, a few more if they are squished in. Glass droppers (like from One On One) take up a little more room, so less of those will fit. (probably, have some but didn't really count how many will fit yet)

30ml sort of fit in the case without the bins, but bow the lid a bit to close it. Due to raised parts on the bottom of the case, the 30s sort of have to be in groups with a little space in between. So not really the best solution for those.

I will probably wait until I do one more larger flavor order before I really get down to sorting, indexing, and labeling properly.

    And getting case #4.

    (And then #5, #6, etc)

Better order another case. That’s not going to be enough room.
