This is a mix my youngest daughter and I did. She took the lead. I merely added suggestions here and there. It took us a few iterations to get this where both were pleased.
KLT's Chocolate cream filled Cookie
WF Chocolate Frosting 1.5%
VTA Chocolate Base (Clear) 0.8%
WF Marshmallow (Gooey) 1%
WF Vanilla Cream Extra 0.75%
SSA Soft Waffle 1.3%
CAP Wafer Crunch 0.7%
Suggested steep time 3-4 weeks.
The two chocolates work very well together. Taste-wise they lean towards something like, or similar to, a milk chocolate... without being a milk chocolate.
Marshmallow gooey and Vanilla Cream Extra combined make a fine cream profile.
SSA Soft Waffle makes for a pleasant soft cookie inside. CAP Wafer Crunch does well as the baked crisp cookie outside. Together they create a tasty cookie base unlike any cookie flavor I've experienced.
It's a nicely balanced mix. The chocolate combo is up front but not in your face, the cream profile is nicely tucked in and the cookie base makes itself known on the exhale.
@Zazie can you please add this to your blog? TIA
