Actually the recommended steep time was just a week. You have a month to go.
The review sample coming from them is at about 3 weeks now. An order I put in is at two weeks so far. Neither has arrived yet.How long have Sourcemore orders been taking?
Really? Doesn’t seem long enough.Actually the recommended steep time was just a week.
I ordered during their holiday so my order didn’t actually move til first of the month. It’s in the US now but I don’t know yet where. The review sample coming from them is at about 3 weeks now. An order I put in is at two weeks so far. Neither has arrived yet.
Probably it depends of the ingredients, one of the new ones says that needs 15 days... probably im gonna start it a little bit earlier... !?Really? Doesn’t seem long enough.
Yes I know that. Fruit mixes you can shake and vape but I don’t mix just fruit. I steep everything at least 30 days whether needed or not.Probably it depends of the ingredients, one of the new ones says that needs 15 days... probably im gonna start it a little bit earlier... !?
I also have a lot mixed.Yes I know that. Fruit mixes you can shake and vape but I don’t mix just fruit. I steep everything at least 30 days whether needed or not.
Thanks for the reply. I've used black tea in another mix I made once, had some bizarre idea of a jasmine/honeysuckle floral black tea. The tea flavor had an almost tobacco-y hint to it, earthy and not in a bad way so I would imagine a green tea flavor would be a lot lighter version. Roughly. You said a drop of cherry to 30ml and I think that's probably the best idea. I can always bump that to 2 drops per 30 if need be. I'm gonna have to make an order with Bull City soon if I decide to go for this. I'll certainly check back in here to let y'all know how it turned outIf you want a good green tea flavor, FE Green Tea is the one. It's a pleasant, but delicate green tea, mild with a slight earthiness. Herbaceous but no sickly grassy taste. It totally freshens the olfactory senses. It has a light lingering green tea flavor, as there is when drinking a decent green tea. There is a very light lemon citrus undercurrent (very delicate). FE Green Tea has no bitterness or off notes.
I've used it up to 1.2% with darker fruits. Per several on ELR going over 1.2% turns FE Green Tea into something nasty tasting.
As for cherry flavors, I like SSA Ripe Cherry and SSA Compote Cherry. As you noted, cherry DIY flavors are difficult to work with because when used too high they easily overtake other flavors. The SSA cherries are very highly concentrated flavors.
For a cherry green tea I would recommend making 30mls FE Green Tea 1.2% and then adding one of the cherries above. How much to add? I would only start with 1 drop in 30mls.
Good luck!
Haha, most of mine have been getting about four months, whether they need it or not!I steep everything at least 30 days whether needed or not.
All my new mixes are 15ml. I have a lot of them so steeping is no problem. I also have some 30ml sizes of mixes I like plus my cheesecakes.Haha, most of mine have been getting about four months, whether they need it or not!
I'm down to about 40 testers in my drawer now.
I haven't mixed in a month or so though I am still writing up recipes now and then.
I have a mix in the spirit of Vapetasia's Royalty Two that I'm running through this weekend and wrote up some slight variations of it this morning.
