    Somewhere between here and there
Where is everyone? I feel like I’m talking to myself. Done mixing and I’m bored now.
I've been working on an old 1996 model machine. Trying to make things fit was a pain but I'm about done now. You sure have been busy mixing. I need to take a look and see how much croissant base I have and do a couple small mixes. I'm thinking SSA bakery orange for one. Not sure about others. Maybe I'll be boring and do guava again since I know I like that.

Tomorrow I think I will do a 30ml of the cake I’ve been putting off. Checked my bookmarks again and I do have some pairings for Honeysuckle but that doesn’t excite me at this time.

It’s been a long time since I’ve mixed as much as today.

Which chocolates did you use. I seldom use chocolate. I just don't think of it for vaping. I love chocolate and always have dark chocolate at home.

@ShowMeTwice How is older DD’s foot today. Hopefully getting much better.

    Also, any new mixing ideas.??
Her foot is about the same. The doctor said it would take 2-4 weeks for her stress fracture to heal. She's in good spirits today. We played a game of chess when I was there earlier.

Today I mixed my pear crumble slice. I did two versions. One with the pears and the other without. I wanted to see how the bakery part of the crumble slice tastes on it's own. Also did a cookie mix.

Working on another recipe for pear and graham cracker. Looking at some baking websites for ideas.

I am curious about the pear but need to see if I like the pear croissant first. If I like it I’ll be after your recipes. Right now it’s the only pear I own.

Also glad to hear she’s in good spirits.
