Glad to hear you have decent temps. I remember your past trips being quite hot.

Yeah, it's usually hot enough (for me!) without them having to break records!! If his b-day was in the summer, I'd come down to celebrate it about 6 months before or after. Heck, after so many years in the northwest, anything approaching 80 is too hot.

How did you know it’s raining here? We’re getting rain about every other day. I’m going to need to mow soon for the first time and it’s going to be a wet mess.

I needed to mow even before the rain. Not gonna do it until it dries out. I hate mowing wet lawns. I'm not concerned about the appearance of my lawn. I just mow to keep the neighbors happy.

I had to take Silver Belle into the Ford house, so they could get a code to order another part. Once the part comes in, I'm hoping they will be able to fix her.

Yeah, I’m northeast and anything close to 80 is too hot for me too.

Sure hope they can fix it this time.

80 is a warm spring or autumn day for me. After 6 decades in Texas, anything below the century mark is tolerable. Thunderstorms continue, but they are not the dangerous type. No tornado producing wall clouds, but we are entering into tornado season.

    Somewhere between here and there
Me too. We shall see. It will certainly be nicer to have more room
So I should probably wait until April to start shipping the tubs of vaping hardware for you to store for me?

I don't get why a Ford dealer couldn't figure out your problem and get it fixed the first time.

But you probably don't go out in shorts and T-shirt when it a comfy 45 :)

Yep, stay some place long enough and you do acclimate. Just doesn't happen on a two week visit ;)

No, at 45, it's jeans and a long sleeve t-shirt. Maybe a sweater, if it's windy. I do own a heavy coat and snow boots, but they only get used once or twice a year. I had to buy those when I moved to North Texas. In South Texas, it doesn't get that cold. I once was in South Dakota during the winter, so I do know what real cold is. Not for me. I promised God that if he would get me back to Texas, I'd never complain about the heat again. Once I drove home and crossed the Red River, I nearly pulled over to get out and kiss the ground. Snow is only useful if you are on a mountain and have skis on your feet.

I won’t have anywhere near the room for that. LOL.
