I think my guava and lulo flavors got mixed up labels. The "lulo" smells exactly like guava candy, a flavor I've been really looking for. And the "guava" smells very green like an unripe fruit. On another note, I just spruced up the "propaganda illuminati" flavor I didn't like. Sweetened and mentholated, added a little bit more strawberry and couple drops of lulo. Tastes Interesting. I'm sure steeping will make it better too. Now it's not as bitter.
You need a scale so you can make decent recipes.

There are several menthol flavors. If FLV Cool Menthol is not to your liking, try another menthol flavor.

I would let it steep for a few days and then try it. vaping flavors straight from the bottle is not recommended. You will not taste the true flavor as all flavors do best with steeping.

With DIY flavors you really can't go by reviews on BCF or elsewhere.
    Why?
Because what one person says is the best flavor, another person will say it tastes like crap.

For me personally, flavor reviews are completely useless. My flavor notes would be of no use to anyone. Everyone's sense of taste is very different.
    I much agree.

Ok cool. I suppose trial and error... Maybe even a lot of error... Goes into beginner juice making. I'll be prepared for some disappointment until I can get it right.

That's why in your DIY thread I recommended starting out with 10ml mixes. That way you won't waste a lot of VG/PG/Nic and flavorings.

IMHO, the best way to start out is to mix 2 flavors plus your base (VG/PG/Nic). Use a higher percent of whichever flavor you want featured and the other at a lower percent. Mixes need to steep so they become miscible. Once steeped, test your mix. Then adjust to your liking from there.

When I started DIY I wanted to make complex juices right away. I tried and those were epic fails!!! I needed to learn my flavors first and how they interacted with other flavors before I was able to make decent tasting juices.

For someone new to DIY, attempting to create a mix that uses 4-5-6-7-8 flavors is a recipe for failure. A jumbled mess.

Creating DIY recipes from scratch requires much patience (MUCH) and time. Rome wasn't built in a day.

With DIY I continue to learn new things all the time. And I am very meticulous with writing notes for each flavor and every mix.

    Somewhere between here and there
Good evening. The wife went outside to plant some flowers she bought so I made some breaded chicken breasts in the oven and some sides. She and my daughter are taking my MiL to go horseback riding tomorrow for my MiL’s bday.

I got busy today and forgot to post my review. I did get the new light fixture installed and cultivated our little garden. We are going tonight to get a couple plants for the garden.

You can post it now before you go plant shopping.

I probably should have. We got the plants then needed to stop by Sam’s club for some lawn bags and then to the grocery store. Just got home a little bit ago.
