I don’t think it’ll ever be finished. The wife was supposed to go to the lock and pulls store that’s only open while I’m at work and get the new hardware picked out but hasn’t. Now she wants the trim around the bottom of the vanity pulled off to paint the vanity. I have a feeling this is going to drag on for weeks still.
Dd is going to be painting her new room last. By the time she gets that done she should be pretty sick of painting.
Today the kid is at baseball practice. Heather and her hubs and two girls will be here after that, Her hubs is going to put in a baseboard heater or two. Whatever he has time for. He’s not available tomorrow.
I started trying the Fantasia mix today. It does taste like grape soda. I’ll use up the 30ml I mixed but don’t know if I’ll remix it. I think part of my problem is that I don’t really know what kind of grape profile I’m looking for exactly. This one is good but seems a little thin wit no base flavor.
I keep going through these spells where I really don’t love any of my regular mixes. Today is one of those times. I have a dozen different mixes going and none sound good.
Gd,s hubs is doing the last baseboard in my room. The small one in the bathroom.A pain cause not a lot of room to move around.
I have a few two flavor mixes that I’ve been procrastinating on trying. Maybe I’ll get one of those in a tank. I’m waiting now to get my haircut and need to pick up a few things from the grocery store.

I grabbed some premade hamburgers at the store and cooked them on the grill. The wife went shopping with her mom and brother so I told her to invite them to eat. The burgers came out good and I put some waffle fries in the oven.
Last week I was out of town and ate at a 5 Guys burger joint. Never tried them before. Pricy compared with the cheapo chains, which I haven't visited in decades, but man they're good. Better than I could make myself on the grill, and way more than I could eat. I ordered small fries with it. I got a bag of the best fries ever, and there was enough for me to live on for 3 days. Sadly there isn't a 5 Guys locally.
Update on my mod order that is coming via Better Trucks. It still hasn't gone to shipped status so I read through the blurb on the confirmation email. It's coming from the other side of the country, they said in that situation it does the bulk of the journey to a local distribution center and only starts to show shipping info after it gets there. Also the shippers are short staffed due to Covid ???, so it can occasionally take up to 20 or 30 days for final delivery.
With that plus the new State tax I think my buying days might be over. Glad I'm all stocked up.
