Good morning,Terri.Good morning random folks. It's currently 75 with a high 88. Slight chance of rain. It's gonna get hotter as by Thursday we start getting temps in the 90s. I have no plans today other than stay out of trouble.

I’m glad you’re so well insulated that you can hold the cool air in for so long.
Yes, nice that it works for the heat also.As are weActually exceeded the standards (at the time, not sure if they've changed, it's been a while
)
Helps in the winter, too, for staying warm.
We made it to 73 also but back to the low 60’s tomorrow.hello, and good afternoon
73° and partially sunny, or partially cloudy, same-same![]()

Yup, I have my bases too. Right now I’m after a new recipe or two.I haven't written any new recipes in a while. Been taking one of many bases and adding a flavor or two to those. I do enjoy vaping my bakery bases on their own. For me, straight bakery mixes are quite tasty. Adding a fruit or two, or something else, is a nice change of pace every now and then.
Dd ordered grinders for lunch so waiting on those. Think I’ll attempt to work on a recipe while I wait.
Groton CT or Mass?Funny how geography can change names, haven't had a grinder since I was a kid living in New London. Had lots of subs, thoughI could see them across the river (in Groton) from my school room. With a big target across the river, never could understand what getting under a plywood desk would do for a nuke 200 yards away...
Oh, and sandwich type subs after moving west![]()
Looked up New London and guessing you’re from Conn??Funny how geography can change names, haven't had a grinder since I was a kid living in New London. That’s a heck of a long time for a back order.Good evening. I had the work day from hell. Spent four hours on a big diesel powered welder for the railroad only to find out the parts I needed are back ordered until February of next year.
Bet you love the scale.mmmm..an italian sub. sounds good! That's a good idea for tomorrow.
I broke down and ordered a scale, so I can put off the couple mixes I need for a couple more days. I'll have to convert my "count the drops" recipes to mg. Be nice to check the weights on stuff too.

Yes it is rather ridiculous. The machine is about 17 years old so parts may start becoming harder to get. The replacement for that machine is about 45k now.That’s a heck of a long time for a back order.
