Morning, mixers.

We actually did wind up with a little rain yesterday, a whopping 0.07". At least it was more than dew... but now, nothing in the guess for as far as they look...

I got some more flavors to play around with,

The front row's first task will be working toward something like vape Wild's Straight Outta Donuts.

The back row is partly for a couple of other ideas, curiosity, and a big ol' bottle of TPA Hazelnut for my Nobility Too recipe (and variations of it).

I see you're not a fan of hazelnut ;)
Living in Western WA for over 40 years, I only remember about 3 t-storms total. Here they happen almost every day. Weird.

Oh, we have maybe one or two a year, now ;) Having partly been raised in the midwest and NE (military brat :) ), I do sometimes miss them. But not when they start fires!!

Boss wants to get out of the house, so maybe a little jaunt is on deck.

    Haha, despise it!

It seems to work well for that recipe which I foresee as being one of my regular mixes and it is a little harder to procure so I figured go big.
You certainly do go big. My favorite Hazelnut is Cap. I see yours is TFA.

Hmm, I might have to check out the Capella offering.
FW was the first that I picked up as it seemed the most used.

I mainly picked up the TFA version to stay with all the same brand concentrates to chase after a commercial juice profile. (going with the assumption that they might only use a single brand)

My first try at it used mixed brands and I can see me mixing things up again after I get the all TFA version nailed down.

    Good luck with that. :)

I did get my two mixes done but then I got busy trying to put up a late hummingbird feeder that attaches to window via suction cups. It was a gift.
I keep mine hanging next to the kitchen window. They say close to windows is bad since they can get tangled up in the bug screen or they can't see the glass and fly into it, But I never had a problem with that. They know exactly where the window is. More birds on it this year than ever before. Even had something I haven't seen in 10 years of putting out a feeder, a few times the last couple of weeks there have been 2 feeding at the same time on opposite sides of the feeder.

Had a major problem with ants. Suddenly the feeder was covered in tiny ants. On one side they were crawling down the chain, on the other side they were crawling back up. Asked around and found out about ant moats. No more ants.
