I did manage to get out of laying a new floor in the laundry room. However, she got me a cordless Brad nailer for Christmas which probably means I’m going to be doing some trim work in the future.Keep them tools in hand!!!

Thank you for that tip, SMT, I don't have that one yet!If you guys like SSA Peach, Sweet Type......... then, consider pickuping a bottle of SSA Ripe Peach. They compliment each other nicely.
Paired together (2:1) they make a much more complete tasting peach profile compared to using just one or the other.
It doesn't matter which one you feature, I've done it both ways. Either one out front, or sittin' back, makes a very lovely full bodied peach.
