I made up a few mixes yesterday afternoon! I finished my milkshakes with another strawberry milkshake since my new Shisha Strawberry arrived and I made up two new cappuccino mixes with the new coffee flavours!G’day, Daniel.Did you mix with your new flavors yet?
Good evening. To me the new hours they have given everyone just isn’t working. There’s only two people and a manager working the last half hour of the day. I got stuck waiting on customers and went ten minutes past my quit time because no one would take over. I’m going to stop coming out of my shop thirty minutes before my quit time.
Supposed to snow again tomorrow. Yay, not.
We’re supposed to have some snow tomorrow also. Forecast says less than half of an inch but last time they said that we got about 3.
Bosses live in a different world.
My last job was engineer in a hotel. If I had no engineer stuff to do I could chill out in my basement workshop and vape. Made the job bearable for an old guy. We had a good team, 4 guys who had been there a while and knew the ropes.
Then the Boss came up with new revenue enhancing work plans for all the employees. The plan for the engineers was that if we had no legit work to do we had to scrub the baseboards in the public areas or help the room cleaners, plus they put us on two 4 hour shifts and three 8 hour shifts a week. Two of us put in our notice the next day, I retired, my mate needed 40 hours. Another guy walked out without notice a week later after a manager yelled at him.
The chief engineer called and begged me to come back for a few months. No more baseboards, no more short shifts, training duty only, special bonuses. I said no thanks. Must have cost them a crapload in contractor pay.

I think all of us have suffered through losing pets. It’s never easy and they’re always missed forever.
