Good morning, everyone
I hope you all have a good day!

Thank you, gloop. :) I did have a decent night.

You're welcome, Fran, I'm glad to hear that you had a decent night :)

My AC definitely helped although I did turn it off after the temperature got comfortable enough.

Morning, mixers.

Looks like mowing is on for today, dry yesterday and the same guess for today. But more rain on the way...

I had to break down and turn a window unit on in the upstairs, this little cape cod gets hot upstairs and I need to keep the humidity down. I had a bit of a powdery mildew problem last fall and need to keep it in check. :)
Yes, the humidity is bad for inside.

Best laid plans, and all that...

Mower broke, so did some weed whacking instead.

PTO cable decided to take the day off, or forever off, actually. (It's used to engage the blades, so...) Part on order, good old Amazon. Funny, the local shops don't stock "exotic" parts for 13 year old ride-ems. But doesn't look like a major task to replace it, thankfully!

We should have another sunny day. Next week :)

Good evening. Work was pretty chaotic today. It rained about all day which drives the construction guys inside to us. My new Jet band saw arrived today. I’ve been wanting one a long time and the new manager let me order it a couple weeks ago. It’s super nice and will make cutting weld test plates much easier.

Sorry bout the mower. Hopefully it will be dry when the part comes in.

The humidity lately is making everything impossible. It's only 78 degrees but 70% humidity, but feels higher. I took my walk and again was dripping. There's very little breeze. I only made 4 laps, short of my goal of 7 2/3. I just couldn't take it anymore. It's supposed to start raining again soon.
