    Good morning, Fran :)
No real plans today, but the rest of my week should be busier.

I hope the weather there is comfortable for your walk!
Good morning, gloop. :) The weather was great for my mile. Just got back.

I plan on doing as little as possible today, just finishing up laundry and putting away suitcases. Working in yesterday's heat took its toll on me. I'm planning on signing up to be able to use the hospital's PT department equipment after hours because it has just gotten too hot to walk outside.

    Morning, mixers.

Cool continues, as does dry. Some places did get some rain yesterday (not here), with the highest amount being 0.09"... so, heavy dew?

But no floods, heat stroke or tornados, and the volcanos are quiet ;)

That's a good idea, Terri. :) Rest and stay out of the heat.

Good morning, David.:) At least your cool for now. Hopefully some rain soon. Glad you have none of the bad stuff.

I just caught part of a show on BBC News. It was the story of a British Doctor called Michael Mosely who is famous over there for his podcasts. He does all kinds of weird stuff to study the health effects. Including making black pudding with his own blood and worse.

When I walked into the kitchen he was all strapped up with medical devices and about to smoke a cig, for the first time in his life. Then he was going to hit a vape to compare the medical effects. He smoked the cig and had a major coughing fit. Unfortunately they switched right over to the next experiment and didn't show him vaping. I might get on the computer later and see if I can find the original podcast. I guess it wouldn't prove much, your first ever cig followed by your first vape but it sounded like a fun thing to see.
Poor. Dead of--presumably--heat exhaustion a couplish weeks ago. 'Twas a documentary of his that introduced me to intermittent fasting ten years ago. (I don't do it anymore. Lack of willpower.)

    You're welcome, Zazie :)
I remembered that you mentioned trying the Cinnamon Burn Victim mix a while back so I thought maybe try this. I don't really remember how my CBV tester went so can't really compare, but am pretty sure that the cinnamon note is lower in this recipe, at the moment.

I am thinking of trying it with a bit of Rich Cinnamon just to see how that goes so I guess wait a bit just in case I think that makes it better.
If you do mix it and try it before I get to tasting a revision, I would value hearing your thoughts on any adjustments you might make.
If you find it to be a decent enough mix as is then I guess it could be added to your blog. I could end up tweaking things forever!

Oh, thank you if you do give it a try!
I've been procrastinating mixing for weeks now but will make trying your recipe a priority when I finally force myself into action.
