Morning, mixers.

At least we dipped to 60 overnight, so can cool the house a bit. 92 yesterday, here. Today and tomorrow said to go up, then maybe back to 89 for Wednesday... but low 80s after that... hopefully.

Yes, the "payment processor" is changing, so snafu. Glad my "term" doesn't expire until January, maybe enough time for them to sort it out?

Good morning random folks. Today we have a guess of 81 for a high with possible thunderstorms this afternoon, probably not related to Beryl as it hasn't made it this far north yet. I used to live in that area near Corpus Christi, though.

I've done my workout for the day. I did a mile and a half on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the bike.

Good morning, David. :) Still hoping you cool off a tad faster than that. Hope we do too.

I have one of those. I've never been able to get it to work.
The only things I can think of are-
Lid can't be wonky - warped, dented, or out of shape
    Jar lip must be clean
If you screw the ring on after sealing, don't crank it tight. Just lightly until it snugs up.

I have had some lids refuse to seal for no obvious reason.
I've had some stay sealed for ages while others will "pop" the seal after only a few months.
I have the wine saver style as well as countertop units (where you have to use the tubing)
The wine saver style is easy to use but doesn't seem to hold up well.
I had bought a few when a place that has "good stuff cheap" got a bunch in and I think I'm on my last one, though I don't use it as often anymore.

    Somewhere between here and there
Good evening. I got the tobacco absolute that I ordered from flavor jungle. I haven’t tested it but shook it and it sounds like it might be premixed. I’ll try dripping a couple drops on something to test the viscosity. They sent me a free bottle of something called beast. I’ll have to look it up.

BCF order in the house, including a free sample, Cap juicy watermelon. Now I have a bunch of flavors to try during my next mixing marathon which will be very soon, either later this week or early next week.

Our high today was only 82, and it's been raining off and on all afternoon. Thunderstorms are possible for tonight. Tomorrow's guess is a high of 91 and no more rain. Oh well, I'm thankful for the rain we are getting.

Oh, I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts about their TA after you work it out, since you've used TA for a while.
I read old threads and diluted mine 50/50 with PGA (well, 151) even though it didn't seem as thick as I had read that absolutes were. Their description says it's pure TA, but I kind of have some doubts.
My latest try with it is my 50/50 TA/PGA blend at 10% in PG, but I haven't given that a SFT yet.

I have since thought that I should have just made a dilution in PG straight out of the bottle, no booze.
I do have another bottle of it to play with.

Funny name for a mix or flavor.
