I started to walk in the park, but halfway through my first lap, three things happen to cause me to quit and go home:

1. My ear buds died. I can't walk without music.
2. I had to go to the bathroom.
3. I remembered that I had left the disposable plugged in.

I'll go to the hospital this evening and walk on the treadmill.

Sometimes the universe speaks to you, and you need to listen.

Howdy Fran, random folks. I only did a mile on the treadmill. One of my earbuds is not holding a charge. I've cleaned the contacts so hopefully that helps. I've not, I've got another set.

I ordered new phones for the wife and i tonight. Hers is older than mine but mine has started acting up. I’ve never been one to get the latest model of phone. T-mobile was running a good deal on the iPhone 13 where it was half price so I got that and the wife wanted the SE since it’s the only one they make with a button still. Should be here in a few days.

I'm either coming down with a cold or I got covid again. Earlier in the day, I had a bit of sore throat but that's gone. This evening I'm sneezing and have a runny nose.
