Trying to rescue my raspberry cream recipe. Right now it's OK but not much raspberry taste. Found the original recipe I used for it last year, it included some SSA Raspberry Syrup. The current recipe only has 2 other raspberry flavorings. I suspect I just had a 10ml sample bottle of the SSA and it ran out. Picked up a 30ml bottle of the SSA with my last order.

Got the deck guy coming over tomorrow. Having the stair boards and floorboards on our main deck that I built 20 years ago replaced, plus replacing an ancient 8 X 8 six inch high platform outside the front door and 40 feet of old fence that collapsed. Not so long ago I would have done that stuff myself but these days money is easier to find than energy.

Got the estimate on Saturday. $2600 for everything. A few months ago I got an estimate for replacing the fence, $3000 just for that. I'm confident because our neighbor said this guy did a really good job fixing up her deck.

Strawberries smell nice off the shake (stir).
Off the knuckle they taste a bit candy.
