I decided to try the blackberry crumble recipe tonight that gloop posted. It’s got almost two weeks steeping. It’s good but doesn’t have the tartness that the dinner lady has. That’s the thing that has alluded me in other mixes I’ve tried.

Might just a touch of a blackcurrant add a bit of tartness without changing the blackberry note too much?
