Good afternoon random folks. It's a beautiful spring day here now, with a high of 80⁰, but starting tonight it's supposed to get cold and rainy, a high of only 41⁰. I took advantage of the day and took a walk in the park, nearly 3.5 miles.
I've overcome the major snafu of financing the down payment, but there's another. The dealer doesn't have record of my main mortgage approval and the loan officer isn't in the office. The guy I talked to stated that they have had issues with their computer portal.
Later: As I was writing this post, I got a call from the loan officer. It seems I either got the wrong email, or my documents never arrived. I've been busy gathering up documents to email, including driving out to my mother's house to get a copy of her property tax bill. I got everything they need, but now it's too late for anything to be done about it this week. I'm headed down there Sunday to see it Monday and I can't make a deposit until the mortgage is finalized. There is another applicant for this unit as well, so I'm in a race. I'll look at what else they have available, just in case.

Good evening. Today was a tough day. I did calibrations on 48 machines. That’s the most I’ve ever done in a day. My body is sore but it’ll make for a good payday next month.

I changed into pj’s after dinner and took two aleve. Our oldest is coming to visit this weekend. Should be here early tomorrow afternoon.
Got my new garage freezer this morning. Now I can cook lots of meal sized portions and freeze them. I already have 15 tubs of leek soup in the regular freezer ready to move into the new one. It's 14 cu ft. Enough space for 10 gallons of nic, which would be nice if I was planning to live to 200.
