The last time I had proper fish and chips, they came wrapped in newspaper. Ah, the good old days.

Those were the days for sure. It's not allowed now even in England for health reasons. Though I don't remember too many of my mates getting sick from eating off bad newspaper. Slap Fish did cover the plate with a sheet of greaseproof paper printed to look like the front page of a newspaper. Presumably something nice and hygienic. Don't know if they did that for everything or just for fish and chips.

Afternoon everyone. I went to Lowe’s to get a new drain hose for the sump pump outside and stopped off for a haircut. It’s too hot out to do much. I might see if the wife wants to go out for dinner.
