My oldest daughter got pulled over last night because her brake lights were out. She’s going to the auto parts store this morning to see if they will replace them. If not then I told her to come here and I’ll do it.

    Odd to have both out.

I was confused. I thought she said brake lights but when she got here they were working. It turned out that the rear marker/running lights were out. Both bulbs were black.

Please tell me about the name Benzie. I've never encountered it before.
When I was a kid my father told me it was once a fairly common girl's name in the north of England and Scotland. Gran's side of my family came from Scotland near the English border. She was the only person I ever knew called Benzie, her generation was probably the last to use it with any frequency.

I just googled it and over the last 50 years 5 or less people per year were given the first name Benzie in the US. So I guess it's not surprising you haven't encountered it.

    Enjoy your new saw.
It worked very well. I did the cuts for the stairs and cut up the old boards. It was nice not having a drag out an extension cord.

Good morning. I’m pretty sore this morning. Kinda expected it after working on the steps yesterday. I’m glad I’m off today.
Good morning, hitt.:) A good time to have a day off. Hopefully you can rest.

It's very hard not to think of it as being short for Benzene.
