Pretty much the regular Saturday routine here, though I did make a couple of pizzas
Watching baseball on TV now.
I went downstairs to do my PT exercises and checked which flavors from my nomnomz order weeks ago that I hadn’t tried yet. I mixed a quick 10ml of their raspberry custard with som cream. Both are from their supercharged line of flavors.
Those look great! We had shrimp and sweet potatoes for dinner. I think I would have rather had some of that pizza.
Not to be an instigator, but I believe Nomz has just released some new Supercharged flavors.

I have no plans of ordering any flavors unless I run out of something. I’m well over 800 in my stash and don’t use half of them.
We are eating healthier since my lab test came back with high bad cholesterol and borderline a1c. I’m down 11lbs so far and feel better. I’m mostly doing my PT exercises daily with short bursts on the elliptical and a few weight exercises. I plan on eventually getting back on the treadmill as I progress. I would love to be able to run a couple miles on the treadmill again without intense leg pain from the impact. That might be wishing for too much but time will tell.
Wow, what a game! Aggies won 41-40. I almost turned it off in the first quarter, but glad I didn't. It came down to a touchdown 4th and goal on the 13 yard line in the final seconds of the game.
