This is what I found on the Graham web site. The stuff in green is all the same. The stuff in red is the reinforced; the stuff not to get.

44130Regular Coil40 Ft./Box12 Boxes/Case
You'd think by this point some enterprising Sally's employee or regular customer would order this and sell those much more manageable size and amount boxes for like $5 each and clean up.

No kidding. You could even use the box the stuff comes in as your storefront. It's win/win with this stuff!

Ok guys and gals. I picked up some yesterday afternoon and promptly wicked one of my KF's.

Vaped on it until bed time and then again this morning. Had to stop.

Vapor, way more than I like. I'm not a cloud chaser by any means but I do like to see a nice full exhale of vapor. Rayon puts out a ton of vapor.

Had to turn the voltage up so I wouldn't get Wet hits. Not wet like liquid in my mouth, wet on the back of my throat.

Flavor, kind of OK but the one thing I noticed is I was getting way to much sugar flavor and not enough Flavoring flavor. Hard to explain but after about 10 vapes in the morning with my coffee I couldn't vape on it anymore. Took it to work and then out to the jobsite and I had to stop. The sugar flavor was actually making me sick to my stomach. Had to switch over to a iTaste VV V3 with a MPT 3 and my Halo G6 carto's on G6 batteries. Tried to vape off it a little while later and all I got was SUGAR. So much so it made my mouth sticky.

At that point I put it down and just vaped off the other devices I had with me.

When I got home, about an hour ago, I took the Rayon out and rewicked with cotton. I'm back to old faithful. Same juice, same KF, same everything.

I think I need to start mixing my own juice and or get some PG and VG to Cut most all present juice with to cut out some of the flavoring.

Had to dry burn the coil before I replaced the wick. It was fairly gummed up.

So I'm done with Rayon at the present.

Thanks.

What were you vaping? It sounds nasty! I only DIY juice, and I never add any sweetener, so the rayon brings out exactly what I put into it, as intended:D

If your worried about "a residue that likely doesn't exist in a dangerous form..... Boil a batch don't stir fibers to break them up, strainer on top flood the pot over with water for a while, dry it. It drys fast, not likely to grow bacteria if you set on a towel by a fan because it drys fast.

Actually this stuff is pretty resistant to bacteria in general, it is one of the many benefits of rayon in all its forms over true synthetics like polyester. The latest iterations are more resistant to bacteria than cotton as well. No doubt this is some pretty cool material.

Yep sounds like he's describing the differences accurately.

You probably need 1/4 the flavoring now. It's intensifying the sweetness. It's like drinking the juice.

It thrives on high wattage in general. It's wicks like crazy.

You could modify your wick method to slow the wicking by putting a denser wick down the channels.

But it may not be for everyone if you don't need those benifits.

Me too Amanda, I also DIY and have never added any sweetener either. I cant imagine why he is getting a sugar taste unless his juice came with a lot of sweetener that he never tasted fully in his other wick?

Over wicking means you need more powerful gear/build to compensate.

What a problem to have lol!

On another thread they are talking about vaping raw organic cotton, from a cotton farm. I was thinking about trying it but just finished talking to my neighbor the doctor about it and he said he would not want me inhaling it. He said it is good for clothing but that raw untreated cotton has particles in it, that naturally come from the environment .. he made me promise him that I would not try vaping it. oh well.

I hate to say it, Me. I will try it again with other juices but the mix I now use is just dam sweet for Rayon.

The mix is Halo's Tribeca, Mt baker strawberry, a small amount of Mt Pocono Black Cherry Berry and Alien Vapor BOBA's Bounty. I think it is the Mt Pocono BCB. It is sweet. But I can't let it go to waste.

I will try much less Rayon some time in the near future.

I'm to new to vaping and not long enough off the cigarettes to be fooling around with what worked so far to get me off and keep me off the smokes.

Well, seeing mention of the CelluCotton out in the wilds of the interwebs. The rayon is out of the box, as nobody says. Expect this thread to get more explodey.

Um... seems to me it's been pretty darn explodey all on its own!

Glad I got mine before the hordes descend on Sally's!!! Maybe I should have picked up the 3-lb box also, to put on e-bay in a couple of weeks!

This thread has been the most fun I've had in a long while... Just when you thought there was nothing really new happening!

Thanks, Jeremy!!!
