Its not a bad price but its still a profiteering price. The 750' box is about $12 plus tax, the 3lb box is $18, I believe. So $12 for 750', sold in 60x12' lots, equals 60x$5=$300 gross profit less the cost of envelope and postage x 60. Seriously, you could sell 50' lots and still make a decent profit.

Good price for me if only he would send to Australia, its really frustrating not being able purchase the stuff here. Sure I could purchase a large box from the USA for a few $$$ but shipping

Here are 2 day old wicks ~15ml of my diy NET liquid through each. Rayon at the top and organic cotton underneath. Both were diminishing at this point.

Too much rayon it looks like. Huge shoulders . It should look the size of the cotton wick after a day Straight out.

If you don't use the right amout you won't get the results at all. Everything comes together when you use the right density.

Class wife I've posted pics before.

Let us know what you find is causing the Nic Buzz. I haven't paid attention to what it is I just blamed it on the Rayon but you raised a question it could well be a combination of Rayon and a particular juice.

Whatever you do figure it out before vaping the DIY down the road on that two wheeler. !!!

I guess it was the juice because I swapped out that juice with my all day vape and didn't get a nic buzz. It took quite awhile for the old juice flavor to go away completely. What's strange is I use both those juices in my Penelope with rayon or German silica and don't get a nic buzz so maybe it was a combination of the juice and the atty.

The DIY juice I was using was
FW strawberry - no nic buzz
FA strawberry - nic buzz
Same atty - AGA-T, same nic level, same build.

I wish I could figure out a way to vape with a full face helmet.

 Looks like you'll be making a drs appt on Monday.

My juice is uniformly discolored so as long as it still tastes good I'm not concerned, just surprised.

And...that DIY juice that gave me the nic buzz is unvapeable. Whew, it makes me dizzy. I'm going to have to swap it out with something else and see if it's the juice, wick or the atty. Not good.

Same here.

Made a bottle of PSV Swagger some time ago and since I'm lazy and the flavoring is a 12mg mix the nic on this is somewhere around 9mg rather than the 6mg I have on my DIY juices.

I can't vape this bottle of Swagger on rayon XD The nic rush is killing me cause I absent mindedly chain vape since I'm used to 6mg on cotton and get no nic buzz off of it no matter how much I chain hit that Kayfun. And it's clearly a nic buzz cause I know the symptoms all too well and don't get it when chaining my 6mg juices on rayon.

I also get a lot more sweetness in flavor on rayon. My suspicion is that it's actually the VG. Matter of fact I'm gonna test this tomorrow. Gonna make a 70/30 juice rather than the 30/70 I usually make and see what it tastes like.

To me it seems that everything is amplified when using rayon. The nic hit, throat hit, flavor, sweetness. And I believe it all boils down to rayon being much better at actually letting go of all the stuff. This is obvious cause otherwise it wouldn't remain in such good shape even after heavy use for days on end.

My cotton wicks are black and gunked up after three days. This rayon in my Kayfun here has been wicking three different juices for round about four days now and it still looks like it did when I primed it. No surprise there if you think about it. Those properties have been well known in the textile industry for a long time and are a main contributor to why it's such a popular fabric in the first place. Really, we're just catching up I think.

Got my Origen from FT today. Cleaned up, 2 coils and CCr wicks. And it tastes the same as my Kraken.

I have DIY juice with no NIC and some others with low NIC. I alternate between them so I'm not getting the NIC buzz. I did once. I was watching a movie and didn't pay attention to which atty I was using.

A tip for Genny's. Wick your coils off-site. Grab your coil tails in a pair of vise grips or whatever about 5mm or 3/8in from the coil. It gives enough rigidity to pull against, but flexible enough you can see it flex if you have too much wick. Make up a bunch.

Actually that tip probably applies to everything. Hmmm. I can see a wicking session coming on.

I'm still impressed with the CCr. It hasn't let me down yet. Thanks Jeremy.

When I first started vaping four months ago with clearomizers I could not vape anything with > 12mg of nic, it simply caused a deep coughing reaction. A month later I had to change to 6mg. When I started using RDAs I changed to 3mg and 0mg. I had been able to dilute some of the stronger 6mg flavors by cutting it 50/50 with VG.

When using rayon in RDAs even the 3mg nic juices tend to bring a strong cough. So it seems as if I want to vape 3mg juices I need to wick with cotton.

I use Kanger clearos and for me it's a big difference in flavor. Maybe it depends on the device, but I won't go back to cotton.

It's the density that does it. I had this in trials for months before this thread. When you hit the density YOU KNOW IT. It's everything I said it is.

If your out there and think its not better than cotton in nic hit, flavor, wicking, or longevity, you don't have the correct density. If you taste it it's too tight.. It's different from other wicking materials. Your not gonna pick it up and use it proper with no prior knowledge. It takes time unless you pick up on the advice quickly.

Spent the afternoon making 20 1/16 32ga 7 wrap coils for kanger and aspire heads. In between made two 8 wrap, opposite direction, for a T2 dual coil. Wicking after was a PITA but got it on second try. Not much better than a 5/64 single coil. I've taken out the fill plugs because of vacuum issues so I don't need to keep the coil smaller than the wick hole (I think).

Made over 20 wicks for all of this so it better be the best thing out there. Still have a large pile of aspires to do.

Interested in trying Rayon. Is it only available online? Or can you buy it at like walgreens/walmart?

If walgreens carried the rayon balls that would be awesome. I've heard some drug stores may carry them. So far the easiest place to find it in store is at Sally beauty supply. 100% rayon Cellucotton

I had to open the fill port on my RSST also. Just a little vacuum really slows down the wicking.
