I just want to show you a short video of me delivering a car that I transported from New Orleans to a customer. The customer didn't want to pay $700.00 grabbed the key and tried to take off. I wouldn't let him leave and set on the hood of the car even though he threatened to run me over.
My truck dash-cam recorded everything and I'm wondering if I can sue that guy?

If you got hurt then hell yes. But you shouldn't have taken the car off the trailer until you had the cash in hand.....

Not in law enforcement but that looks like assault at least, with a vehicle involved it could be considered much worse I imagine.
Assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault and then what ever charges for the attempted theft.

They got talking, turns out some punk had put a knife to the guys throat there recently. He grabbed the guy pulled him over the seat out the drivers door, applied some subduance (new word alert!) and called the cops. Punk is whining to the cops how he got assaulted. The Russian man said `Hell I`m trained by the Russian army, we are trained to kill, not f___ around! :LOL:

Last time I had a car shipped to me (from Germany) I had to pay €800 up front or they wouldn't even load the car on the truck?

Do that in Portugal and you would get arrested instead of the punk.

A few years ago, there were some home thefts going on so one old war veteran thought he should protect his belongings by rigging them with a couple of assault grenades (don't know where he got them).

Anyway, a few days later, the punks broke in his house and grabbed the TV (which was rigged)... It exploded on the way out, injuring heavily one of the punks (lost a leg)... Guess who had to go to jail...
